ST Croix rods. I have 3 Legend Tournament rods and one Premier. I plan to buy one more Legend ( Extreme or Tournament) 6'10" MLXF for drop shot.

I use the same 20 lb fluorocarbon as a leader for my crankbaits and spinnerbaits. In the early summer my fishing partner and I were fishing the same set up,same lure and color. A difference was only that I had 20 lb fluro leader and he tied his lure directly to braid. A result was that I caught 6 basses and he only one. He was upset and could not understand why it happened. I suggested him to add fluro leader and when he did it he started to catch bass same like me. This fall I caught around 10 pikes, when I was fishing for bass, and did not have any problem with leader.

I mostly use for searching the lipless crank. When I find a fish I use Senko/Fat Ika or/and texas rigged worms or creature. This fall I want to learn a jig.

I use 5 setups. Three of them ( crankbaits,lipless crankbaits,spinnerbaits ) I use to find a bass, and two of them Senko and Texas Rig after fish is located.

Senko 5" and T-rig Powerworms. It was a new techniques for me this summer. Before I mostly used crankbaits and spinnerbaits and thought that fishing worms is so boring. I tried it and was surprised how it is efficient. I caught a lot of bass including my PB 6.5 LB.
