    in the beefier stuff, i suggest bumping up sizes from what you're used to...so if you flip with 40#, bump up to 50#. the lighter stuff has good castibility because of its smaller diameter. i haven't had any issues with it, just prefer to bump up in size from what i use in other braids when flipping or punching.
