  4. Thanks for the info. id say we will fish the harbor most of the time and maybe try Van Buren Point. Good news is i just picked up a couple buckets of the gulp alive emerald shiners. Appreciate the tips
  5. Zoom 3'' Fat Albert. I stock up on green pumpkin, salt and pepper and smoke. They haven't let me down yet. Usually throw em on a gamakatsu lead head. Small salty crawl is another favorite.
  6. Steel foot trap on the James River. Luckily it was empty
  7. Hey guys im heading up to erie for the second time this may. We will be fishing around Dunkirk Harbour, if any of you all have any pointers i would sure appreciate the help. Last spring was my first time on the lake and it was a blast. Probably the best smallmouth fishery that i have ever been to. Been doing some research on the goby and drop shot fishing. If any of you all have done this and can give some advice i would sure appreciate it.
  8. Hey everyone, new member from southwest Virginia. Fish mostly around northeast Tennessee and here at some local lakes. Glad to be on board with the forum and learn as much as I can. My profession law enforcement when the fish aren't biting or my vacation time runs out. Started making annual trips up to lake Erie every year so I am anxious to learn some new tips and tricks for those smallies up there. Thanks. Happy Fishing!
