hey guys im thinking about getting a rod and reel setup for deep diving cranks. im not sure what rod to get im thinking either the duckett 7'11 cranking rod, or either a kistler magnesium or helium both are 7'9 and throw 1/4-1 1/2oz lures. im probably going to match it up with a lews BB1 or Tournament mg. what do you guys think about a 5.1:1 or a 5.4:1 gear ratio for this type of setup. im also going to finish the setup off with suffix flourocarbon unless otherwise warned. also some suggestions on deep diving crankbaits and colors would be greatly appreciated. thanks
