Anyone bank fishing today? Headed to daycare now

Better make that trip. I'll be heading back real soon. Might just been pure luck catching the 8lber but I'm definitely gonna keep trying for that 10lb+.

Took a trip to Gibson County lake and boy did it pay off. Caught a 8lb (my PB) largemouth today on a Zara Spook on the 4th cast. Will definitely be going back soon.

Anyone fished Horseshoe lake this year?

That was by far my best experience at daycare pond. They are in there just have to be patient and hold your mouth right. I've still yet to land a decent fish at Grove Park but not giving up.

Fished daycare pond from 6pm-8pm tonight without a single bite. Fish were flopping around everywhere but couldn't get a nibble. As soon as the sun disappeared it was like a switch turned on. Caught 8 fish before 9pm with acouple being 4lbs+. Only way I could catch them was to cast parallel with the bank while keeping my 3" swim bait as close to it as possible. I could watch their wake as they nailed my lure. One of my best fishing experiences to date. All fish caught were released back into pond asap, after taking pics. Size 13 shoe for reference.

Hello fellow hoppers, I'm new to the site but Memphis native. I have caught my some of my biggest fish because of this post and thank each and everyone of you for the info on local ponds. Caught this fellow at daycare pond few weeks ago.

Ty to all, ive been getting alot of tips and helpful information off this forum the last year and finally joined. I see there is alot of memphians on here and even another Jeff... Im glad i joined a look forward to learning alot and fishing some serect honyholes of local members. I fish acouple big lakes but actually like pond hopping around town. Anybody having any luck this year? @ Jeff....nice fish dude, im waiting on a my pb (5.6lbs outta Glenn Springs on a KVD ) to get back from being mounted, im ready to hit the DDs

Hello fellow anglers, I'm Jeff from Memphis and new to the forum. Been bass fishing 10+ yrs now and love it like the day I hooked my 1st lmb. I fish a lot of small ponds and lakes around town I find using my gps. Anywhere I can put my 10ft basshunter ill fish. Hope to make alot of friends on here and learn everything I can while on the forum.
