only accept surgery as a last resort, it never seems to end well. rest, physical therapy, and anti-inflamatories are your best friends in this situation. I herniated a disc quite a number of years ago and thankfully i didnt go through with the surgery that was suggested by my first doctor, been pain free for 7yrs now after 3months of pt.

Hello everyone, been reading the site for the past year and finally got around to registering. I'm from central Iowa and just started fishing again(just fished as a kid before) this past year after my 7yr old son showed some interest. Im bank bound and generally just fish local farm ponds, but I've been completely hooked and am seriously starting to escalate this hobby into an addiction.
