    Yes - the river splits miles from the Bay and fans out with multiple mouths -- main river, Little St. Marks, Big St. Marks, Bob Jones, East River, etc.

    It has a locking clip that permits the spinner to be attached to a jig head, etc. Will attach a pic -- I need a source of size 4 1/2
