  1. Looking For Info On Rubber Tube Making

    i have aquired these items from a storage unit it use to be a fishing shop they mostly made soft plastic tubes i have these things that they were using to make them but no info on how to use them or what they are worth any advice or info would be great they are a round steel plate with hole a handle on top and these stem like things that bolt into the holes seems like a diping process but dont know how. any info would be appreciated thatnk you.
