    I am looking into purchasing a new rod for bass fishing this summer and could use a little help. I am pretty sure I am going with a St. Croix Premier but I don't know much more after that. I am looking into a 6' or 6'6'' size rod (I'm pretty short) and a medium or medium-lite power. Is it possible if I could get some help/suggestions piecing together a nice St. Croix Premier rod? I mostly fish lakes a rivers...not so much streams. Thanks!
