Hey check out Fish freak it's on Georgia ave just north of forest hill. In lake worth. They had the fat johns when I was there last.

The rover is definetly a great bait. It walks great and doesn't move forward to much. If you take the split ring off and tie direct it has a much more aggressive movements

If there is a lot of blue gill I would go with a bluegill pattern keep the jig light if you want to keep it just above the grass . I use a gambler easy swimmer as a trailer on my jigs.
