I am trying to join a club this year for fishing largemouth bass. I live in Omaha Nebraska, and I would love to fish with more people.

I just found out last week, my favorite lake has smallmouth bass in, not a lot but big ones. now I never have caught a smallmouth bass and trying to find out if they act the same as a large mouth? do they both spawn at the same time or in the same type of spawn beds. or what they like to bite on this time of they year. Nebraska spawn is the start of may for largemouth bass but when is it small mouth bass time?

Lately in Nebraska, we have been getting a lot of rain and I have been catching bigger fish during this time. any ideas why I am catching 4lb, 5lb and 6lb bass at this time?

yeah I know I have horrible grammer, also have. it is caused by my brain illness, so its hard for me to think straight. I am 20 years old. I work at cox cable, as sales. I been fishing all my life but this is the three year of nothing but bass fishing. like everyone tells me this is the place for help. I don't need the help catching the fish, just the help of makings something out of this dream I have had since I was a kid.

Hello, my name is Justin Dale Weirich and I have been fishing largemouth bass for the last three years. I been getting better and better at it over the years, and I am at the point where I need help to further my dream of making a career out of fishing. I am looking for those who can or could help me with this or push me in the right way of this dream. I manly fish city lakes because I don't have a lot of money to go to some of the better lakes in Nebraska. lately I have been fishing standing bear lake, which is my eyes and many others eyes, is a very hard place to fish, just the other day, I caught my biggest bass. 6lb 13oz at 23 inchs. which is a pretty big bass for the nerbaska area. I been catching a lot of 5lb bass this year also. I manly use jigs, texas rigs and spinners now days but I also know how to fish crank baits and a lot more. so if you are of any help, please let me know what I can do. please and thank you.
