My dad and I went to Powhatan creek in virginia today in search of bass. My dad caught 1 chain pickerel and the only bass, a largemouth that was about a 1 lb. I caught a 1 1/2 lb white perch. Everything was caught on lipless crankbaits.

I live in virginia and I'm going for largemouth this weekend. The water temp. Is in the high 60s the air temp will be a high of about 77. The water is just slightly stained and the fish have moved into cover and shallow water from they deep. What should I do to catch em.
