Looking for some comfortable fishing shoes
Ordered a pair of the Columbia Megavent II. I'll post my impression once I am able to get out on the boat with them. Might be a while ☹️

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm probably just going to have to try a lot of these out. The quest continues...

Looking for some comfortable fishing shoes
Looks like they've suspended sales due to COVID and are sold out most everywhere else I checked. They do look promising, will have to investigate further.

Looking for some comfortable fishing shoes
What model are they? Looking at the megavent II Thanks for the input. I use the gel insoles on my running shoes and it works great. For standing all day fishing, I think I need to get a purpose made high cushion shoe.

Looking for some comfortable fishing shoes
I'm looking for recommendations for comfortable fishing shoes. I usually just use a pair of Asics cross-trainers, but by the end of the trip, my feet are killing me. I stand the entire trip, except running with the big motor. There's got to be a better option. Looking for something light, with good cushion, doesn't have to be waterproof, just quick dry. Not looking for leather. I've seen several Columbia and HUK models, but is there something else? Sketchers seems to have a lot of options. Don't want to spend more than $75 Any input it welcome. Tight lines!

Help with 2019 Tracker Pro Team 175
OP, you'll need an square S2 bit to remove them. Run your finger along the edges of that panel and you'll find them. Take your time removing them as i mangled up a few using a Philips bit before I realized I need to use an S2 bit on my '14 175. I'm assuming Tracker is still using the same fasteners.

Minn Kota Puck Diameter?
After some more interweb research, it looks like the puck is a bit over 3" wide. I have a 4.5" space to place it, just wanted to make sure it would fit. Thanks for the offer, but no need to measure unless it's significantly more than 3". Tight Lines!?

Minn Kota Puck Diameter?
I'm trying to find the diameter of the Minn Kota heading sensor puck. No luck finding it online. I'm going to be installing a Terrova and need to strategize on puck placement and would like to know the diameter. If someone has one or knows the measurement, I'd certainly appreciate it!

Bass Follow Lures but Don't Bite
I had a similar experience last weekend. Scatter rap was pulling smallmouth off the beds toward the boat but they weren't biting. As soon as i got them close to the boat, I threw in a drop shot rig with a 4" green pumpkin straight worm. Wham! Caught many fish that way. As others have said, small changes can make a big difference.

Bluegill on Lipless Crankbait?
Caught a nice pumpkin seed sunfish on a scatter rap this weekend. Treble hook in the mouth.

No Luck Contacting "boat Board" Trailer Step Company
Never got a response from the Boat Board folks. I'm thinking they aren't in business any more. After more research, I'm thinking about going with these guys: http://dtsinnovations.com/product/d-step-recreation/ Anyone have any experience with the product? I emailed them and they responded very quickly with answers to my questions.

I'm pretty much at that point. Email is the only way to contact them...no phone # on thier web site

No Luck Contacting "boat Board" Trailer Step Company
I was in Cabela's a few days ago and all they had was a platform similar to what Lund Explorer linked to above. I've found a few other step manufactures that make nice sets ups (a few are unnecessarily complicated, in my opinion), but I really want to have the Boat Board folks reply to my emails

No Luck Contacting "boat Board" Trailer Step Company
All, I have a Tracker 175TF and have been looking for a trailer tongue step system since I go fishing alone quite often. Having a step up there would make launching and trailering much easier/safer. I looked at several different steps/step systems and the "Boat Board" seemed to be the best fit for my application, but I can't get them to respond to my emails. I've emailed them 3 times in the last few weeks without a response. Does anyone know if they are still in business or another way to contact them? I'm close to saying "forget about it" and buy another step, but their's is pretty much what I'm looking for. Email is the only way listed to contact them on thier web site. -Thanks...Tight Lines!
