Actually considering the bb1 pro also. What's the difference in the tournament speed spool and bb1 pro ?

I'm looking to buy another baitcaster. Right now I have a lews tournament speed spool on a 7'1 mh *** and 50 lb power pro and I use it for everything. I want another one though. I mainly fish from banks...I was thinking a 7'1 med *** with a lews tournament speed spool and 30 lb power pro. Am I thinking right ? I throw everything with that rod, what could I throw good with that medium action rod. Derrick

We stayed at ferry boat campgrounds right on the river and where we stayed it was shallow...we caught alot under 1 lbs. Then we went on the float with blue mountain outfitters and when it got to deeper water looked to be 10' plus we caught the bigger ones. I had alot of fun, first time fishing for smallies and I can't wait to go back. It's alot of fun fishing for them.

Just got back and for some reason can't upload pics but we caught alot in .75-1.5 lb weigh limit and the biggest was 2.6 lbs.

I have all 4 rods you mentioned. The *** being the only casting rod and I would take the *** any day over the other ones. I'm going to be selling my mojo and vendetta so I can replace with omens. Good luck with your purchase

Me and some buddies are headed up there next weekend to go camping on the river right above Harrisburg. Any tips on what's biting and what lures we should be using ? It's all of our first time fishing the Susquehanna.

I bought a tournament speed spool as my first baitcaster and I love it. I know I haven't tried other brands but I'm going to have a hard time leaving to a different brand.

I just got to use mine today since of the shifts I work. I really like mine a lot, I have the vendetta and I like the *** 100 times more. Glad your liking yours like I like mine!

I just made the switch from spinning to baitcasters and I really love fishing with it now. Only had it a week and I feel comfortable with it. I got quality gear to learn on and I'm glad I did. It's all personal preference, I thought I wouldn't go baitcasters ever but tried and I really like it.

I wish it was actual 2nd shift. I work from 3-3:30 and live a hour away from work.

I haven't tried casting it. I work 2nd shift and won't be able to test much til this weekend but I wanted to make sure it wasn't overfull
