awesome..glad someone is having sum success on the drop shot...trying to figure out myself. they fished a tourney around my way Saturday and the winners caught all their fish on the dropshot and Carolina rig.
I fish small ponds a lot aswell and I figured out that slow rolling the spinner bait or using the G-splash early in the mournings and late in the evenings. around when the top water bite stops I switch to the pig n jig or rigging the senko wacky and have had sum really good success. I know all ponds aren't the same but maybe the approaches could work the same and everyone can catch more fish...
Trying to get people opinion on the types of plastics used when drop shot'n...I just recently started throwin it with a 4 in finesse worm and the success jus hasn't been there...thought about maybe a creature bait but jus haven't seen one that'd I feel confident throwing..i fish mainly small ponds but on occasion will fish big lakes such as Little Creek Resavoir where the water clarity is insane. Anything neone wanna add
