  2. Just looking to start a small bass fishing club for Pelican Bass Raider users, please respond if you are interested.
  3. How much do you want for that rudder?!!!!!!!!
  4. Can you clamp it on to make sure it stays or does it just lay on the transom mount?
  5. If you don't mind me asking where and how much was the motor, Im in Ft Hood, Tx and im having a hard time finding one for under 899$ I think this is ridiculous.
  6. Just wondering if anyone has any written plans, pictures, and supply list for a rudder, im sick of constantly working the TM!!!! Circles make me dizzy!! I would like something similar to a TM bracket that you can clamp down.
  7. Also, if you haven't make sure you use outdoor carpet glue otherwise the carpet will just peel up and wear out the staples!
  8. Its not too bad, as long as whoever you are with aren't trying to do gymnastics on the boat you should be fine, I measured it out in comparison to the "stock" seat and im only 5 inches higher, it just looks higher since its a pedestal instead of the old bar system.
  9. Looks good man! I like the idea of the handles, took mine out this weekend twice and got the floor soaked on Friday, found them Saturday morning warped really bad, so what I did was soaked them again, laid them flat on the ground in the sun and parked my Silverado right on them, and they are now straight as an arrow, just a little advice if you get them wet and they head to the warping way!
  10. Crap man not worth it, to centered raider wants to tip over, tried it!
  11. I got the major cuts all done at Lowes but did the rest myself, quite enjoyable at that!!
  12. Images added to a gallery album owned by timsampson in Fishing Albums
  13. Anyone else not allowed to upload pictures?
  14. Another view, I wish I knew how to just put the pic in the message instead of attaching its right annoying!!
  15. Getting it in! It's about 200 degrees outside!
  16. @ John, what I did was split the flooring into 4 pieces for easy in and out in case of emergencies. It's 1/4" plywood. The total length of wood used was 8'8", and a width of 20 1/2". I then cut the two end pieces into 13" sections and then angled it off at a 45 both ways. The decks are 3/4" sanded pine 4x4 sheet cut into 2x4 then again cut into the sizes needed. 2'x2'3.5". Then they are screwed into 1/2 PVC pipes 2' in length. All in all wood, carpet, glue, staples and pedestal stands in about 90-100$ in right now. Hope this helps any more ? Feel free to fire em my way!
  17. Well I got the floor as well as the casting decks in, both ready for carpet. The decks sit on 1/2" PVC in the old seating slots, I'm going to brace the underside of the decks in the center where I will be adding pedestal seating for 360 degrees of bass lip ripping front and back, BOOM! I'm also going to pull out the existing wire, replace it with better wiring, and relocate it in the center of the boat where I will house 2, 12 volt batteries for the tm, livewell, GPS, and fish finder. Currently in the market for a used lightweight 3.5 hp engine under 350$ with shipping let me know what y'all have. I'm really hoping to have this done by this weekend as I would love to take her to Lake Fork and set a new state record with her!!!! Let me know what y'all think.
  18. Hey there brand new and am joining from the lovely Fort Hood, TX! I currently have the 10e with a minn Kota 30 bow mounted , humminbird 153, and am in the process of installing carpeting on 1/4" plywood and making two casting decks, pedestal seating and a live well. I have seen a lot of excellent ideas here and hope to continue to see more. I will be getting some pictures up as soon as possible, tomorrow!!!
