Frogs for sure, but I wouldn't be afraid to throw spinnerbaits around the lay downs and edges of the moss

Looking at the pictures the second does look bigger lol but I'd guess around 3lb

Just a thought, try punching with a heavy drop shot rig if they're suspended. Or like the others have said use T-rig.
