Anybody have any tips on fishing for bass from a dock? I am a boatless angler who is stuck with fishing for sunnies unless i go for a boat launch which gets expensive after 2 trips. Any help would be appreciated!!

I have been to eagle lake. all there is there is a "boat release place". no dock at all. sorry i don't know what its called. i have tryed weaver lake its always WAY too crowded
