I was missing a ring that goes inside the cap of the spool tension as well as a brake pad that was missing from a used reel bought on Ebay. I was giving 3 of each part missing so now I have backups.

Just wanted to share a experience I had with Pure Fishing HDQs in Spirit Lake yesterday. I was inquiring on cost for full service cleaning and lubing reels from the service techs in house which I decided not to do because I too cheap. The gal that does reel repairs and cleaning was very helpful in giving me advice on what steps to take in cleaning properly as well as gave me several parts that I was missing at no charge. Good to see a large company with good people that are willing to go the extra mile when needed these days. She could have easily brushed me off.
