    I am trying to choose between the new Hummingbird Si vs new Lowrance LCX 27C. I have a lot of questions about the Hummingbird with the smaller screen in the 797 series. If any of you guys have any thoughts ( good or bad ) I would appreciate you imput. Concern #1: Am I smart enough to operate! #2: Standing up front ( trolling motor mount ) will I be able to see the images well enough ? #3 Is this side image for real or a fad & I'll be sick in a short period of time.

    I would like to know about the side imagine. The new 797si combo is going to be half price of the 997si but about equal to lowrance 25x. I don't know if I'm smart enough to use! Have you guys heard anything on this?
