I just recently went to pick out a new set up from Bass Pro. I was really stuck on which rod I wanted and which reel I wanted as well. I wound up going with the Abu Garcia revo S 3rd gen (Newest out) and putting it on a 6'6 MF Duckett micro magic rod. To be honest I absolutely love the set up. I bought an Abu Garcia Silver Max as my first bait casting reel. It did the job but after months of hard use it got sluggish. I called the manufacturer and they offered for me to send it back and they would replace it if they could not repair it. So all in all I think Abu is a good company to go with, I've had good luck with it. Hope it helps!
