  1. New To Largemouth Bass

    Dixdixon posted a topic in Southeast Bass Fishing
    So I recently moved here from Australia to Montgomery, and I'd like to go fishing, I'm not sure if my gear is right for the job, I have a 1-3kg Daiwa Generation Black/Daiwa Luvias 2506(spinning) with 5lb line, will this combo suit me for fishing for them? I also don't know any areas nearby could anyone point me to some? Don't need to exact spot just general area. I watched a few bass videos and everyone used baitcast gears and 50-65lb braid, That's just overkill for a fish that grows that big But I don't know?
