  1. Oh Im definately getting a type r when they hit the shelf cause I can only imagine how nice it is going to be.
  2. Thanks Francho...wow they only make 4 different reels
  3. Its wierd. I cant even find a mitchell website now. I know they still make reels cause I seen one at academy a couple days ago
  4. For that matter I could almost buy 2 tatulas for the same price and I am very confident in the tatulas now after using it about 6 times now
  5. Cddan..that is the youtube video I was talking about..very informative..im with you on the quantums..I have had bad experiences too but after holding the exo at academy a few days ago..it is soooo light but yet feels durable. I want to try one out but im a little scare of wasting almost $300 when I could just buy another lews or tatula
  6. Im thinkin about tryin a quantum exo next..may as well try them all...lol
  7. My pb was on a chartreuse spinnerbait..lol..I still have it in my head every time I cast that spinner that im gonna land a hog..lol..its funny how easy it is to get supersticious when fishing
  8. They may not even compare to the standards of reel today but I just remember it being the greatest thing since Red Diamond Iced tea when I was a teenager. Saved alot 9f lunch money to get it only to have my best friend accidently knock it out of our john boat in a really large pond..not sure how many hours I spent trying to fish it out..lol
  9. I seen a Mitchell spincast today and it made me think about it
  10. What ever happened to the spidercast reels..I had one when I was younger and from what I remember they were a decent reel
