Thanks!!! It's actually a great get away, we got a cabin for the weekend and pulled the boat right up to the back 10 feet from out cabin, We had a wonderful time! My husband and I are both passionate about fishing, we both have busy demanding careers but fishing is the joy of our lives and we share that joy with our son. His first word was "tish" and he jumps at any chance to go fishing, I hope he grows up to love the sport as much as we do! My sister in law had big bass of the weekend with a 7 1/2 though But over all the women kicked butt on this trip!

My biggest of the weekend. 6.88 lbs, caught on a senko & my sons first time helping to reel in a bass, he was not a huge fan of holding it though!

Hey Y'all! I'm Li, I love fishing of all kinds but it's bass fishing that has my heart! I've been fishing since I could walk (my dad was an avid fisherman). And to my luck I set the hook on a husband who loves it just as much as I do!

I am the daughter of a serious bass fisherman so I grew up with it as part of life. My husband jokes that the day found out i could back up a trailor & launch a boat was the day he decided he was marrying me! His buddys give him a hard time when I outfish him and I on occasion fish against him in tournaments! We are both very competitive but it is all in good fun! We share such a strong love for bass fishing. And gifts between us are ALWAYS fishing related. I love that we have a common hobby.

I prefer just "Fisherman". It's has nothing to do with being male or female. But honestly, I could careless which i am called, as long as im on the water every chance i get!

Baitcast all day!!!!! Shimano Chronarch & Lews Gold are my two favorite reels. Not a huge Abu Garcia Fan. I grew up fishing with a curado but they just aren't made the same these days! I have two spinning rods in my arsenal but rarely pull them out, when I do its usually looking for reds with a vudoo shrimp under a popping cork.
