It's roughly -10 to -20 tonight, and we are looking at a warm stretch this weekend where I am. I checked out the site and the structure map they have is great. I've been reading and watching the different presentations with the Ned rig for the last couple weeks and I can't believe I had never heard of this before. Toledo Bend would be heaven right now, but then again 7 degrees to me sounds like a heat wave.
Two years ago I headed to Table Rock Lake for the first time during the 2nd week of April. Fished the A-rig almost exclusively and did very well. Of course this was at the direction of a guide that we went out with so I take no credit for the decision. I am making another trip to TRL this year but during the 1st week of June. This time I will be pulling my boat the 8 hour drive to give me more flexibility, but forcing me to pave my own path. I need some tips and pointers. I will be launching at Big Cedar Marina.
Thanks,
Green Lake and Chisago Lake have produced for me in past trips in that area.
