Hey everybody, been looking at this site for a couple of years now! Got some great tips and learned a ton from all you guys, finally decided i might as well join. I grew up in Dubuque IA fishing the mississippi and alot of pond fishing. I just got back from basic and ait in the Iowa Army National Gaurd, now just getting started up here at UNI in cedar falls, starting to get in with the locals on some fishing spots and hopefully find some luck in the Cedar river and some local lakes. My go to baits are always my gary yamamoto senkos in watermellon and purple with black flake, got big into jig fishing last year thanks to bassresource's youtube channel. I like to stick to my st croix rods and abu garcia baitcasters but looking into a lews for this year. Anyways hopefully ill find some new info and here. Now just gotta wait for some of that ice to melt to get back on the water!
