I realized after I posted that this question probably belongs in the northeast forum, so I appreciate your responses. I should be there long enough to take a shot at both

I'll be staying on an island in lower saranac the last week of august. I'm not looking for anyone's secret spot or anything, but I would like to know what your opinion is on lower vs. middle saranac. Any thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
