  1. Was gonna try this does it have to be on a credit card or can you use a bank card.
  2. My first bass Is also my personal best. I was catfishing and got bored so i put on a bass pro kermy frog my grandfather had got me and started playing around with it in some thick lily pads and BOOM out of know where the fish came clean out of the water and slammed the frog about 20-30 feet out. Got it to the bank and weighed her in at 5.2. I have been hooked ever since and my wallet isn't to happy but I am.
  3. For me It's hands down Kiser lake. You cant have a motor on the lake so its perfect for my kayak. It is ranked in the top 10 for large mouth in ohio and #4 for large mouth over 20''s. Also big bluegill/crappie/perch/and Hybrid stripers.
  4. That's a awesome paint job right there.
  5. As far as feeling the bite on a slack line just watch any little tick in the line is probably a bite. Not sure where I heard it was probably on here but hook sets are free if you even think you have a bite set the hook a lot of time there will be a fish on the end.
  6. they sell 50 packs of some baits for 9.99 usually its overstock though. Thanks everybody will definitely be giving them some hard earned money here soon lol.
  7. Does anybody use gambler I'm thinking of ordering some things due to the fact that they have bulk bags but don't want to order a bunch if quality isn't that good.
  8. Depending on the depth of the lake i would find a medium and try that shallow never hurts I've found some bass hanging shallow on days with water temp in low 40's.Also read up on the spring articles that are on this site the can probably help allot more than I can. I'm sure people with more knowledge than me will chime in here soon to help out as well. Try throwing suspending jerkbaits with varying pauses just to see what the fish are doing.
  9. From everything I've read on here it leads me to believe the fish are probably in pre-spawn due to water temp. The map of the lake shows ALOT of points to cover. Not sure what speed you fish at but what works best for me is slowing down and really covering a area. I would try throwing some lizards, and stick with the lipless and lipped cranks.
  10. So me and a buddy are going out next weekend. I have been bass fishing for about 2 years and feel like I'm decent. He primarily fishes for cats. I want to give us the best odds of not getting skunked. Weather is going to be in upper 50's close to 60 but will be coming off of 4 days below 40. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
  11. I listen to everything from AC/DC to 2 Chains depends on the mood. I feel like it puts me in the right mind state to just slow down and really cover a area.
  12. bill dance for the comedy aspect/ KVD for is ability
  13. Hey everybody been here for a little bit but this is my first post. I've only been fishing for about 2 years heavily. I really love all the info that this site has provided me.
