are the E series and the G series about the same size?

and are some of them rated for salt or all fresh water?

I have a couple low end Caenans just looking to move up a bit.... I do like the size of the Caenan which one compares as far as the same size?

Can someone rank these reels... I have heard that some of the older ones are better than the newer ones. G7? G5? B5s? I ran across a guy getting rid of a lot of them... is there any to watch out for ? Which is the best, whicch is the worst? thanks!

I just dont like the way it feels in my hands.... not used to that small design.. used to the bigger reals ... Im sure they is a name for that design but I dont know it....

I recently ordered a revo gen 3, need a all purpose rod to go with it... cranks , traps, maybe worm here and there. I was looking at the 13s brand rods... prob in the 100$ range. anyone have any suggestions. . mh? m?
