Wow...Thank you very much guys. You've really opened our eyes on this. We started out thinking we might have found a reasonable deal, but now realize it's was way to much. My buddy ended asking him what his bottom dollar was and he only went down to $1200. That was enough to make us walk away. Hey guysI'm new here, but been lurking for a few months and feel you guys give good advice. A buddy and I are looking at a boat to buy and would like your opinions. It's a 1973 16' Richline (?) with a 40hp Mercury and trolling motor. He's said the motor ran smooth last year but hasn't been service since he's had it (3yrs). The boat seeps a littleit was explain to us that if you're just trolling around most of the day it'll only get about an 1 of water, but it your going faster it'll leak more. He's asking $1500 or best offer, we thought about offering $1000. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance MO_Fishin
