found a couple of these for sale lately. was wondering if anyone has this particular rod and would it make a good all around finesse spinning rod?

i havent thrown spinnerbaits long but im really getting into the technique. love the war eagles with a colorado willow or dbl colorado. i like feeling the thumping blades. ive had luck varying retrieve speeds,killin it. mostly white chartreuse or black is what i use.

6 to whatever ratio works for me. go with the 5 if u throw alot of deeper stuff

the popper topic has me wanting to try a few new poppers. thinkin of ordering a couple duo realis. was wondering does color matter much or do fish mostly key in on the disturbance in the water. they have some nice colors im guessing the ghost colors are mostly clear water. would i be good with any of the other colors for stained/muddy water?

im gonna try one of the duo realis poppers. hopefully dicks still has some of the xcaliburs

wAr eagles r my favorite. although i did order a few different brands during the TW sale to try out. i like the tandem blades or double colorado.

i use mostly war eagle and some customs. 3/8-1/2oz. love the dbl colorado blades and the tandems. right now using a 6'6 mh/f shimano crucial but in the market for a rod a little longer

picked up a couple 3/8 at dicks. may try em out this evening

is dicks just tryin to sell off all their xcalibur stock? i think every single xcalibur they had was 3.99. they were out of the xrk50 but i picked up a couple of the big xrk100s for 3.99 each. they also had a few xr25. also noticed some of these say "made in usa" on the back. just wondering whata goin on. i may need to go back and pick up a few more

my frog reel choices narrowed down to curado i or another tatula. i own both these reels in other setups and love em both. on some reviews people say the T-wing will wear out or get grooves with heavy use. does anyone use a tatula for frogging with braid and have any issue with the T wing?

ive come to prefer the 7ft and can cast plenty accurate with it but still use my 6'6 and 6'8 and can cast plenty far with them. if your leaning toward the 6'6 go that route
