  1. I'd say square bills would be one choice because you can use them close to cover or more in the open with success
  2. I don't know what the popular way is in Florida but here in Georiga lots of people love to wacky rig senkos. I personally like to Texas rig them...
  3. Reaction baits! But if you don't wanna go down that road you could try finesse.
  4. Try changing up a hook size if your crankbait seems to have hooks on the smaller side... The Bomber square A for example.

  6. A great beginner bait casting combo is the shimano zeles, its a 6.5 gear ratio right hand reel on a medium heavy, fast action rod. I can't tell you what would be best for you, you have to find that out but I'd definitely recommend that you check it out.

  14. What lures do you guys feel you are best at using and can make produce strikes in any conditions! For me its squarebill cranks, I have gotten pretty good at working them and I can catch fish on them pretty much everyday!
  15. yeah I don't expect them to replace it, crankbaits are meant to be broke eventually but hey, free stuff is free stuff!

  17. I usually start with a spinnerbait and if that doesn't work I switch to a different spinnerbait. Haha
  18. Maybe your hooking into gar or pickerel. Sometimes I'll set the hook on a gar or pickerel and never even feel the weight of the fish before their teeth cut my line.

  24. So we should put sunscreen on our baits! It obviously attracts fish according to you out fishing your buddy.
