am looking for a good pole to buy for basic crappie to medium size bass fishing. which would be a pole that would meet the needs: a light pole or a medium light pole? and what length: 6', 6'.6", or 7'? i already have a few medium and heavy poles. thanks

want to try bait casting. don't have a truck or large trunk in car. will be doing this for the first time and not sure how my success will be. are there any 2pc bait casting rods/combo's out there at a decent price?

what is the best tool to cut power pro fishing line with? someone recommended baby blunt end sissors but they are not working too good. any suggestions?

i see articles about "bobber stops". what exactly is a bobber stop? is it a small spit shot placed before or after a bobber to set the bobber to a certain depth! if not is there any place i can go to see a picture of one? thanks

i fish a lot of plastic worms of different sizes and i was courious as to what recommendations might be for the weekend fisheman as far as what different size hooks should be carried. i have heard the phrase "match the catch" so i would guess the same goes for "match the size of the plastic worm"! my selection has been: 3-4" worm = 1/0 ewg 6- 8" worm = 3/0 ewg and anything bigger a 5/0 ewg. if i am completely wrong or someone has other suggestons please let me know. thanks
