  1. Not sure if the 10e has a stronger transom but the 2.5 hp i have on my 8ft flexed my transom bad enough i built the outboard support i posted eralier in the thread it did add a little bit of speed to the boat i can run maybe 4 mph wide open loaded down with all my junk
  2. Its not to bad never felt like i was going to go in the water at all when i first built the deck i had the battery in the back and didnt have the gas motor which was awsome but when i got my motor i had to move the battery to the front because if you put me a gas motor and a 31 series deep cyle in the back of an 8ft and it almost sinks while you are trying to start your motor you just have to even everything out then its super stable now
  3. Nibus2065 no the middle of the casting deck is cut out to fit my battery box i can fit my ancor and some small plano boxes under it but thats about it
  4. all loaded up and ready to go to the lake let me know what you guys think of my little setup.

  8. here is my setup I had to move the battery box to the front because the rub rail was underwater while running the gas motor I usually fish by myself and without anyone in the front its really stern heavy let me know what you guys think.
  9. I have an 8 foot but mine has a deck built on it with a bow mount trolling motor and with no one in the front i,m having to run the battery up front using my little mercury 2.5 because my rub rail is underwater
  10. Pointhunter, do you have a 10 foot or 8 foot boat?
