Holiday park - Was out from 645 til close to noon....skunked. Only had maybe 3 or 4 nibbles. Tried everything from jigs to spinners to cranks to worms...nada. Weather was decent though

Hi Guys... Been busy with work and haven't been out for a while. Goin to Holiday Park tomorrow morning. Seems like everything has slowed alot, but...any suggestions? Was gonna bring a spook and some gambler worms mainly. Anything better? Thanks

I've noticed the same for me too. I finally caught a dinker on my lunch break today. 1st catch in 2 weeks. Tried everything and finally a Gambler little otter did the trick. Fingers crossed

Anybody been out to Holiday this past week/weekend? Wondering if I should even bother rigging up a spook or just stick with some worms and jigs?

Depends on the water level. If low, the canals should be great. I've been all over but seem to find the closer to miami canal it gets a little better. But, i'm still a noobie out there

I used an expired one on Easter. Place was packed beyond belief! I picked up (2)groupons this go around Bringing the girlfriend again and want her to have a bountiful session this go around. She only caught like 3 last time

Thanks for the replies already! I'll be getting a jonboat...no trolling motor though. Hopefully the water will be low and fairly steady.

Hey guys, New to the forums. South Florida born and raised and been fishing since a little kid and just recently started getting back into it. Have gone to holiday park a few times and I usually only catch 5 or 6. Mainly throwing just plastic worms and a few small spinners. Wondering what everyone recommends for this time of the year. I got some and tried em in the everglades. Had a few slip off (my own fault :/). Girlfriend caught a few 2/3lbrs. Maybe i'm not using them correctly...but didn't have as much luck as the videos showcasing them. Company is great though. Hand delivered my order and threw in some freebies. Cant argue with that

I've gotten them quite a few times. Usually from the groupon they have. I don't own a boat and getting a guide is a little out of my price range. They do the trick just fine. If you have a trolling motor & battery...it would definitely be beneficial.
