Berkley Nanofil
Maybe I'll give the improved clinch knot a try. Ive been trying to tie the 'nanofil' knot but just can't seem to get it down right. I always have the loop that won't pull tight. But when I first spooled up the line I did tie an improved clinch and it held strong. I pulled and pulled and finally the line broke, but above the knot not at the knot itself

Sweet, very nice. Hopefully the green will be less visible. Im not fishing in super clear water but its not the dirtiest water either. I'll give it some testing this weekend. I can't remember what # I bought either 12 or 17. If you dont mind me asking what knot do you use? Ive read its slicker so I dont think my improved clinch knot will do the trick like it does on mono line.

Thats what I put it on was a spinning reel. I guess I'll try it this weekend and if I dont catch anything I'll trash it lol. I know everyone's different but have any opinions on best line brand/lb for spinning reels? I have a micro spin with the nanofil and a medium spinner with regular 12# mono. I have mono or floro line on all my baitcasters but I use the spinning reels for spin baits. Like I said I just wanted to experiment with the nanofil lol.

Berkley Nanofil
Hello everyone, this is my first post here so sorry if this may be in the wrong place. Anyways today I purchased some berkley nanofil. This is my first time using this sort of line. Ive been reading it may be more visible to fish which is kind of getting my hopes down on catching anything on it. But I've also read people that have great success with it without using a leader or anything. I bought the green nanofil not the white so I think that would be less visible. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
