  1. Thanks Guys! I appreciate the comment too. I will consider getting a better one that is more comfortable to wear all the time
  2. Yes I am fishing the main river. I am in central Minnesota and the Mississippi here is pretty clear compared to the south. The water current is slower this time of year and I target the weed lines or drop offs. I'll troll raps about 20 yards out along the shoreline where the water drops off. The main river isn't that deep, maybe only 10 ft in the middle right now. So I am fishing in about a 4 ft drop off. I also look for any fallen trees. Bass hid outs It's a rocky/sand bottom where I am at and the smallies love to school up there.
  3. I thought I share another beautiful Fall Smallie from 2 days ago. They sure are packing on some weight for the winter
  4. Thanks guys! I enjoyed catching them too. I am using a GoPro Hero 3 that is mounted on the front of my kayak. I built the mount myself and I film my fishing adventures. I can't answer your question on why no smallies in Louisiana lol… Looks like you better move up here to Minnesota then!
  5. The bite is hot with this fall weather approaching. I was trolling a #6 Blue Storm Rattle Rap on the Mississippi River. Got into some numbers, thought I share some pics of the nicer ones caught today.
  6. Such a beautiful fish for a beautiful fall day!
  7. Hi OperationEagle, I was using a black/blue 1/4 oz Terminator Pro series jig with a 4" Chigger Craw. I definitely have not mastered them yet either but they sure are lot of fun. Fishing deep water is never easy, that video I was pitching jigs under docks and fallen down trees, looking for bass in the shade on a bright sunny day. Thanks for the comment!
  8. I agree, this fall weather has brought some tough fishing in. Pitching jigs with plastics is pretty hot right now. Heres a quick clip from the other day.
  9. Thanks Tim! Yes I remembered to grab it Lol.. I was waiting for someone to notice that in the video. I usually keep my extra rod out of the way but I was trolling raps with it and saw this dock and wanted to pitch a keep Jig under it quick, so just left it in the rod holder.
  10. This clip the paddle wasn't cooperating. It usually stays put, the wind wasn't in my favor and the fish was going crazy Lol. Still lots of fun. Kayak fishing isn't the easiest sometimes. But I find it very fun. Thanks or the comment!
  11. Thanks! it was a fun fight. Caught me off guard. Took the bait right at the boat, and she sure didn't want to get netted. Lol. Fish do pull me around sometimes which can be lots of fun if the fish is big enough
  12. Went out this Labor day kayak bass fishing. I was pitching Black/Blue Terminator jigs w/ 4"chigger craw. Found this nice bass under a dock. Thought I share a clip.
  13. NIce footage man! Those are some nice bass cruising around.
  14. lol very true. Thats cool.. Do you have any underwater footage posted on youtube or anything?
  15. Im not sure the water temp. I was out in my kayak when I was filming this. Sorry. Maybe somewhere in the 70s
