    It is going to be primarily used for traps up to 1/2 oz. I was just hoping it could cast a 1/4oz bandit or bomber without too much trouble. Not a biggie. How is the sensitivity on this rod when throwing traps?

    Wondering how this rod handles: -lipless crankbaits (1/2 oz red eye shad & rattle traps) -shallow to mid depth crankbaits (1/4 - 3/8 oz - most concerned about the 1/4 oz) I can pair it with a citica 200e, curado 200e, or a curado 50e. Planned on using braid being as this rod is moderate action.

    Both Tywithay and Kickerfish1 have stated there are as good of rods out there, but for less, would either of you care to elaborate? I was planning on getting the SJR843 IMX, but if I can get as good of quality and sensitivity at a savings, I would be interested in researching such rods, as I would think the OP may also.
