I don't have multiple rods for different techniques so I use everything on one rod, but mostly crank baits. I don't notice any one type of lure creating this problem. I could probably use smaller line I just like the heavier stuff because there are a lot of snags in my lake lol

I'm sorry it's a casting reel not a spinning reel. It might just be line memory but I've tried a lot of different lines. Ow and it keeps happening

I'm using 14, 17, and 20 lb trilene smooth cast and I have to respool with line very frequently. Am I using bad line or is this normal? Or is it something I'm doing...

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 7' mh micro magic and a lews tourney pro for an all purpose rod to replace my current setup. But on the tackle warehouse website it has two selections: casting and cranking. What's the difference?

What light of weightbcan the bb1 pro throw effectively

It will be my only rod until I get another setup. I fish with everything, weightless senkos on up and I'm still finding new tackle to try so I really need something that will do everything until I can put together more technique specific setups. I like the 95mm handle on the BB1 Pro but I like the dual breaks of the tourney pro. But Idk if I reapply need mag breaks but I'm not sure

Torn between a few reels here; I know they're all great, but lets hear which you would put on a micro magic mh as a main rod.

But I love my revo stx and wonder if I should stay with abu or branch elsewhere. After seeing how many defects in Abu reels brand new in the box I question staying with them. I just got back from bass pro and 2/3 of the stx in the store had a problem brand new out of the box

Well I want a mid / higher end reel. I hear a lot about tatula, currado etc I'm looking that price range up to around chronarch ci4 territory maaaaaybe a little higher. I'm pretty set on a 7'ish micro magic mh unless someone can kick me off that horse

I have a revo stx I got at bass pro this summer paired with a mojo bass mhf 6'6. My reel bit the dust today I have to get it sent in to get a bunch of stuff fixed... So I need a new rod and reel to get me by and now is a great time to start into the rest of my arsenal. So my questions are, what rod and reel would compliment what I have? I fish all sorts of techniques, but primarily crank baits, frogs and soft plastics What do you reccomend? I don't really have a price range but would like to keep it reasonable
