    thanks iabass8. Told Shimano that the insert fell off and they told me just to go to a local repair shop.

    I'm going to call shimano for a repair but how do I describe this? The cover to the guide broke off? Whatever came off is causing the inside of the guide to be sharp. Afraid it will weaken my line
