Hi everyone,
Just joined the forum and am very new to bass fishing. I live in CO so I grew up mostly fishing for trout. This summer I took some senkos to a nearby lake and got into the Smallmouths. Now I've started targeting Largemouths more often at a local C & R pond and am having trouble getting into the bass. I've thrown everything I've got in my tackle box (spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, torpedos, senkos, pig and jigs, plastic worms, lizards, rat l trap, buzz baits, etc). In 4 trips to this pond I've caught 3 bass: one on a senko, one on a torpedo, and one on a mister twister. I'm kind of looking for advice on how I can increase my bass production. There's not much structure to this pond so I've been mostly fishing overhanging trees and shady areas. I see many posts about fishing larger lakes, but I don't really know where to start on targeting bass in shallow ponds. Thanks!
