  1. Anyone been out? I was hoping someone would have an approximate water temp for Sciver. Thanks
  2. Anyone been out on Van Sciver recently? Anything biting?
  3. Sorry, I can't help you on that. Stop at the club house boat ramp and talk to somebody there. Almost always someone coming or going.
  4. -Good luck zildjian. Let us know how it goes. - flyfisher, Manor lake has a lot of grass, but I couldn't say for sure if it would be a problem for a jet.
  5. Nice! I will be out Saturday morning for a bit. It sounds like the water temp should be good for us. I'll post the details after.
  6. Mr Frodo, were you on Sciver? They should be getting active soon!
  7. Fished Sciver from 9 to 5pm. Water temps from 55 to 58 at mid day and a bit windy. Had lots of pike trailing my spinners, jerkbaits & bucktail all day, but I just couldn't figure out what they wanted. Other than that I didn't see a darn thing!
  8. The largest was approximately 3lbs, the other 3 fish were 1 to 1.5lbs.
  9. So we decided to give Morrisville lake a try. Fished from 10:30 to 2pm. Water temp was 60. Caught 4 bass using a jerk bait in 3-6' water. The bite was soft for all of them.
  10. Thanks for the tips. I'm planning on fishing the day on Sat. I'll post a report after.
  11. Anyone been out? I'm hoping to get out some day this week.
  12. Thanks for the water temp update. Are you having a map made from your sonar day?
  13. I was at Sciver on Monday and it looked like about 4 inches of ice, but I could hear it cracking, so it won't be long!
  14. Haven't fished from the banks. Hope you didn't freeze!
