  1. I'm looking into going fishing tomorrow. Either La cyne, lone Star, or melvern. I'm not super great at cold water fishing yet but am trying it more and more. Recommendations on which lake? Wind is supposed to be hovering around 8-10 for the fisrt half of the day.
  2. The eye on the tip of my *** black rod had a chip in the ceramic insert so it is starting to strip my line. Does anyone know of anygood rod repair places in the kc area?
  3. Me and a friend are headed to Tablerock this weekend to fish. I figured I would try a little of everything. Top water, jig, cranks. Has anyone been down there recently and know whats working best?
  4. I meant on lure recomendations.
  5. Went out to lonestar the other day and caught an okay amount between 3 people; about 30 fish. I noticed that everything we through the fish mainly hit right when the bait hit the water and not anytime from splash down to the boat. Does anyone have any recomendations? Im going back out again tomorrow morning.
  6. Also any advice on crappie would be greatly appreciated. We want to catch dinner while we are there and don't want it to have to include Bass.
  7. We ended up getting to the lake even later than expected due to a tire on the trailer blowing. Caught four small smallmouth and had to call it because our night lights malfunctioned as well
  8. Me and a friend are headed down to Melvern for a large decision fishing trip and we saw at least three bass boats headed back towards kc on i35
  9. Me and a friend attempted to fish Melvern today without much luck. What tips could you guys give us for our next trip?
