Hello I went fishin Today and the only thing I saw in the water were these olive green lizard things with light colored bellies Funny thing is When I would drag my worm in to shore they would follow it and one even climbed aboard and held on with his back legs up and out of the water I tried to get a pic but he jumped off Very odd creatures

If you caught 5 a week you could live on it Hmmmmm work at fast food for minimum wage or fish all week and make more Lol I think I'd catch a few and tie strings to em And randomly take them in

I have a pitchin stick and a worm/ spinner Rod Both are nice The worm spinner had an eyelet epoxied over I had to drill out but other than that good I wouldn't necessarily buy one I can't inspect Seems lacking in the QC

Had no luck Tried spinners Jigs Floaters. Divers. Suspenders Worms craws and beetles Low slow and deep High and fast Nothing I decided to walk over to this area shown in the pic and I slipped and hit the ground. It looked like a bomb went off under the water there were so many fish shooting out from under these tops They kept hitting the topwater the rest of the time I was there but no luck Had 1 nibble on a weightless wave worm though

so while I was out the other day I stopped in cabelas and hit the bargain cave for any deals that may be I found what appeared to be a new unopened quantum exo PT spinner behind the glass I asked to see it and Inquired to its history I was told it was a customer return. Unopened and unused. Tag was 159.99. And they marked it down to 129.99$. Cool I take it and begin my slow distracted walk to the registers As I circle back through fishing to play with all the rods and reels I start thinking about it I just have an odd feeling so I took it back and has them open it up It was used Dirty No packaging inside Had about a 1/4 spool of clear line looking to be 8lb which had been broken off and dug into the spool tight and the bail was loose and shakey They said "Oh yea I remember now, this was a present for someone's dad and he didn't like it, he used it a few times and returned it" that's why the line is on it. He probably didn't know you can tighten the bail and thought it was broken". What a steal buddy we will take another 10% off for you I said I'll pass. Just the fact of the previous listed details and the fact that there was several loops of line tied to the bail? Like instead of using a keeper they tied the line off to the bail ? Crazy
