what would be yalls favorite kind of jig to throw no matter what your conditions throw at you

I just bought a strike king premier pro model jig and I was wondering about the line tie its horizontal so I don't think it will go through grass very well should I have gotten a vertical eye in line with the hook?

do they work well in grass and can you use them on the bottom like a craw

what types of jigs should I use swim jig football head jig etc?

What would be the better jig and colors for grass,shells and around Lilly pads in clear and murky green water? Need options/ different set ups
