what temperature and how long do you guys bake your jigs after powder coating?

I was fishing with my friend and we both would see and feel the bass hit our lures but they wouldn't eat them and they weren't spawning either do you guys have any suggestions on what to do ?

I caught one and released it and someone fishing next to me asked why did I let it go? they said if I didn't want it to give it to them... I don't think they understood catch and release
