    Harbor freight has a bicycle lift kit for around 10 bucks that should work well for a bass raider.

    Harbor Freight has a bicycle lift for $8.99. I use a 2x6 slightly longer than my 10E with an eye bolt thru the board at each end. I pull my boat up to the garage rafters and hang the seats on the back wall of the garage from two hooks screwed into the studs. Clean dry and out of the way.
