My name is Steven, as you can see from my handle, and I just started fishing last year. Well actually I've been "fishing" for the longest, but started reading up on I and buy serious gear last year. It's when I caught my first fish so I consider it my starting point. I fish in some lakes near middletown, when I can get up there but so far mostly just in central park's Harlem meer. Would love to meet some fellow New Yorkers to talk fishing with and maybe even meet up for a few outings. I'm also open to fishers from any location who just up to talk about fishing and gear.
