Trolling Motor Help
Ok the boat has a 24 volt system on it and I put new interstate battery's in it and a 3 bank charger. and the current motor is a minn Kota brute. I'm a weekend angler and not looking for the top of the line model, most I could spend is probably 700. Thanks for the help and I'll look into the x3. Any other models around that price range I should consider?

Trolling Motor Help
Hey guys I just recently got a 1986 18' ranger 373v with, what I think, the original trolling motor. The motor does work but if you have any head wind your screwed! Lol I'm not very familiar with all the different pounds of thrust and length and what not. I'm looking to stay around the $500 range. Thanks in advance for any help!!

Great Day Fishin!
Haha thanks guys! She was complaining that she had never caught any big fish so I told her before she Heads back to school on Sunday were gettin her a big fish so set her up one of my spinning reels and showed her the ropes on how to fish the craw and she obviously did awesome!! Next on my list of stuff to get is a scale, I'm guessing her big one was around 5 pounds!

Great Day Fishin!
Well after a few morning showers me and the girlfriend decided to go do a little fishin at my local honey hole. I was throwing a 1/2 oz zman chatterbait Alabama craw and she was throwing a zoom critter craw pumpkin with orange class and I'd say we had a pretty good afternoon!! I also have a video of her reeling in the big one she caught but it doesn't seem to want to upload.

New Pb!!
It took me forever to hit the 5lb mark. I have countless 3-4lb fish but just couldn't seem to get past that! I'm goin to another pond today that my girlfriends uncle caught a 7lb out of so hopefully I'll have some more pics tonight!

New Pb!!
Went to my local golf course honey hole today after work for a little fishin. I've been watching a bunch of videos on spinner baits lately trying to figure them out since I've never had a ton of luck on them and today that changed! I was using a 1/2 oz white and chartreuse booya and this toad choked it!!! Had almost the whole thing in his mouth!! I didn't have a scale with me or measuring tape so I'm not sure on the weight or length. I'm guessing it was around the 5lb mark. And a few others from today

I go to my nearest orthodontist and usually they will give me a bag of rubber bands they give patients for braces. Works well for me!

New Rod
I'm really leaning more towards the Abu or loomis just because i have a bass pro 15 minutes away and can hold one and can get a feel for them before I buy. I may look into a veritas also. The loomis is a little more than I'm wanting spend but if I really like it after seeing one and holding one I certainly won't count it out. I have a gl2 spinning rod and it's certanly an awesome rod!

New Rod
I was wanting to get a few new set ups to start off the year but have a few questions. I'm wanting to get a spinning set up, ~6'6" medium, for wacky rigs and shakey heads ect.. Also was looking at getting another casting set up, ~7' medium heavy, for spinner baits and crank baits. Lastly I was wanting to get a setup for fishing brush, docks and other heavy cover, ~7'6" heavy. Im just kind of stuck between what does to get. I've been looking at denail koverts or j2 or Abu Garcia verocity or loomis e6x. Any help or advice or any other suggestions is greatly appreciated!
