I was looking at the falcon cara mcclelland series, do you think the 6'8" mh/f rod will be good for crank baits?

I use Power Pro for braid and sunline sniper for fluorocarbon.

I was also thinking about getting the avid x 7'4" heavy/fast for jigs and worms. Or is there another rod that will be better?
